I hope everyone had a happy holiday! Today we have a big update of things you won't necessarily see, but will make the game way more efficient.
- The system of variables maintaining the game's persistent elements (puzzles staying solved, etc.) has been overhauled to take up less space in the engine. This might not be something a player notices, but it will allow there to potentially be more content in future versions.
- Minor level adjustments.
- The above work on the variables makes it so that when you pause, enemies that you've killed on a screen will not respawn and will remain dead!
